Much Ado About Nothing
The Colorado Shakespeare Festival’s professional touring company will perform an abridged version of Much Ado About Nothing that is used as a way to help us recognize examples of mistreatment and harm, which is not always physical. They have found in years of doing this work that Shakespeare’s plays naturally reinforce a lot of what we know about how to prevent violence and enforces how we can become upstanders. The play is followed by a panel discussion about school violence, featuring experts from the Center for the Study and Prevention of Violence and the Colorado Shakespeare Festival.
Appropriate for adults and youth ages sixth grade and up.
