Brief description:

Research tells us that parents are the #1 source of a child’s resilience.
So how do we give that to them?
In this interactive conversation, we explore what resilience looks like for you and your family. We’ll dig in to specific strategies that will empower you to go home and apply what you’ve learned. You will see that resilience is in each and every one of us, it simply needs to be grown and nurtured.
